Guests may choose between the skipass for the Kronplatz-Plan de Corones or for the Dolomiti Superski.

at participating ski rental services, you will receive a price reduction of 20% on the rental of ski equipment and a 15% discount at participating skiing schools (minimum five days group ski course).
The offer is only valid with a minimum stay of 7 days (March 15 - March 22,2025) or 5 days (March 22 - March 30,2025).
You will receive the corresponding vouchers with which you will receive the associated services at the reduced rate. The vouchers are not transferable, have an expiration date, and are retained when used.

Environmental concerns
We were careful to choose high quality, natural materials when building and furnishing our apartments (Casa Clima "A" rating). The entire building was finished with local wood. The large entrance way and central ventilation system provide a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable apartments feature beds with ergonomic bases with adjustable pinewood slats, offering you wonderful rest and relaxation.

Your holiday home is in a quiet, central position, but also just 20 metres from the lifts up to the ski slopes and toboggan run. We are also in a strategic position for the start of walking or cycling tours in summer.

Central position
We are just 200 metres from the shops, bus stop and town centre. Your free Holidaypass entitles you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge.
Cars, bikes & skis
Park your car in our garage. There's also lots of room for your skis and bikes, which you can leave in a lockable store in our cellar. Each apartment has its own dedicated space for bikes and skis, together with ski-boot warmers. The complex has a lift which takes you to every floor.
Well-being
After a day of skiing, hiking or mountain biking, you can spend time relaxing in our Finnish sauna and infrared cabin. They’re on the scenic terrace on the top floor. In summer, you can also sunbathe and relax on our lawn.
